RAPID ACCU-FORM INC. is an Engineer owned and operated California Corporation, located half way between San Francisco, CA, and Sacramento, CA, in the Benicia Industrial Park.

Rapid Accu-Form began in 1975 when Proctor & Gamble needed a tiered, 'wedding cake style', display for toothbrushes for Dental Care Week. Most companies contacted said it couldn’t be done - the draw was too deep and would be prohibitively expensive.

So we did what any determined, intelligent person who can’t take “no” for an answer would do - we built our first plastic thermoforming machine, learned everything we could about thermoforming and started Rapid Accu-Form. Over the years, we have grown from 250 square feet and 2 employees to our current facility of 35,000 square feet with 6 thermoforming machines, a full service Tool & Die department, Prototype shop, Finishing & Assembly departments and a Quality Assurance department.

Providing total project responsibility and meeting our customer's needs while keeping a low overhead allows us to provide the lowest costs to you.
